New Materials Science Program Celebrates First Graduates

The first three students – Jonghyun Choi, Tenzin Ingsel, and Sungwoo Hong – to graduate from a unique new program are celebrating, with an eye toward careers that are in high demand and that pay above-average starting salaries.

Brandon Wade Honored with Distinguished Teacher Award

The College of Education has chosen a game-changing choir teacher for the annual Distinguished Teacher Service Award: Brandon Wade, the middle and high school choir teacher at USD 382 in Pratt. 

Rex Bollinger Honored with Distinguished Administrator Service Award

The College of Education has chosen a dedicated administrator for the annual Distinguished Administrator Service Award: Rex Bollinger, superintendent of USD 362 Prairie View in LaCygne. 

School Awards $70,000 in Construction Scholarships

The scholarships were funded by golf tournaments and clay shoots organized by the PSU Construction Alumni Association, a group that has done so for many years.

University Announces Fall 2020 Graduates

Nearly 500 students were eligible to graduate at the conclusion of the Fall 2020 semester at Pittsburg State University

 
Silverback Fund

This fund supports our student-athletes. The goal for this program is to annually secure gifts that continue to build scholarship budgets, and over time, fund a large majority of annual scholarship expenses, so other sources of revenue can be used to meet other needs.
