Black History Month Exhibit: "A Conversation Starting Point"

Last spring, Shawna Witherspoon finally had a long overdue conversation with her children, ages 9, 10, 11, and 13. That conversation would be the catalyst for a new exhibit that opens today in the Bicknell Family Center for the Arts in honor of Black History Month: “A Series of Artistic Inspiration.” 

The Irene Ransom Bradley School of Nursing is celebrating. Last year’s nursing students achieved a 93% pass rate on the NCLEX Registered Nurse Board exams — a nationwide test for the licensing of nurses given by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing. 

Wells Rejoins PSU Athletics

Brad Wells rejoined PSU Athletics after three years away in the private sector. He is now serving as the department's Associate Athletic Director for Community Relations.

Johnson to Lead NCAA D-II Management Council

The NCAA D-II Management Council has a big to-do list for 2021. Leading those tasks and that council as chair is PSU Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Jim Johnson, marking just the fourth time in 24 years that a member of the MIAA has served in that role.
